Project Goals and Purpose

  • Since 1980, “Just-in-Time Fund” has been providing support to victims of natural disasters, special accidents, as well as casualties of civil servants while on duty. The fund offers timely and direct assistance to those in need, to enhance public awareness of the underprivileged in society. Over the past 30 years, the Foundation has committed over HK$700 million of funding and helped people across Mainland China, Hong Kong and the rest of the world.
