The RFDS is the largest and most comprehensive aero-medical organization in the world, providing a lifeline to those who live, work and travel in regional, rural and remote Australia. Significance:
  • To promote, encourage and support healthy lifestyle changes in remote areas of South Australia focusing on increased physical activity and improved dietary intake.
  • This long-term program will introduce transformative change to health standards in south Australia and assist not only individuals but also whole communities to change their lifestyles and improve their health.
